Volunteer Application
INSTRUCTIONS: Please read before submitting your application
The volunteer application is an Adobe PDF document that you can download using the free Adobe Reader software. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
TO SUBMIT THE FORM USING THE "SUBMIT BY EMAIL" BUTTON: You will need an email client on your computer such as Outlook. Using free Adobe Reader, just download the form using the link above, fill in the required fields, and click on "Submit by Email" in the top right hand corner of the first page of the Application. Your email client will open, and your completed form will be attached to a new email. Then just click send.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL CLIENT ON YOUR COMPUTER: You will need to save the form after you complete it and then submit the completed saved form as an attachment to an email. You can use this method if you use browser based email accounts as Yahoo, Gmail, Aol, etc.
If you prefer to mail or fax your Application, you can also simply print the application and Fax it to us at 619.589.9334.
